We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This is a contract-to-permanent position that offers an opportunity to grow within our organization while providing exceptional service to clients. Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist clients with inquiries and provide solutions.
- Perform accurate data entry to maintain organized records and process documentation.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars to ensure timely service delivery.
- Communicate with clients via email to address concerns and provide detailed responses.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create reports, track information, and complete tasks.
- Process order entries efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
- Offer empathetic and patient support to clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and deliver excellent customer service.
- Adapt to potential hybrid work arrangements following completion of training.
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage schedules and appointments effectively.
- Empathy and patience when working with individuals who have special needs.
- Detail-oriented mindset to handle paperwork and administrative tasks.
- Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
