A company is looking for an Industry Solutions Consultant (Remote, Central & Eastern Timezone).
Key Responsibilities
Engage customers to understand business challenges and design actionable M-Files solutions
Lead small to mid-sized implementation projects and conduct customer training sessions
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer success and improve delivery methodologies
Required Qualifications
Strong consultative background with experience in translating business processes into software solutions
Experience in industries such as tax, accounting, or manufacturing is beneficial
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is highly valued
Exposure to Windows-based environments and understanding of programming concepts is a plus
Demonstrated ability to document requirements and design workflows effectively
