A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Specialist for a remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

Familiarize with trial purposes, timelines, and scheduling

Conduct telephone calls to review volunteer information and compliance with protocols

Collaborate with Study Coordinators to meet study goals and deadlines

Required Qualifications

High school diploma; some college preferred

Ability to learn clinical trial management software and eSource technology

Medical background or familiarity with medical terminology

Experience in customer service

Strong organizational skills
