About the Role :

We are looking for a seasoned Electrical Engineering leader who has a mix of broad hardware systems knowledge and cross functional team leadership skill. You will be responsible for managing and mentoring the Electrical Camera RF and other specialized teams building our new products. As an engineering leader you will be able to influence product definition and be called on to lead during critical moments with direct access to the executives of the company.

What Youll Do :

• Manage the Electrical Engineering team including system generalist engineers and SMEs : RF camera power
• Be a key leader for all NPI projects ensuring the team is designing to a high standard solving problems effectively and that our devices are capable of achieving performance targets.
• Critical partner to the TPM and Embedded software teams
• Author and implement process improvements as we improve how we design validate and qualify our products and partners
• Influence product roadmap by offering innovative technology options and by highlighting major risks.

What Were Looking For :

This role is not fully remote. It requires 2 days per week in our San Francisco CA office.

The compensation range for this position will depend on where you reside. For this role the compensation range is :

$263000 - $329000 USD
