The Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Manager who brings together operational excellence, a talent for mentorship, and a commitment to team culture. The ideal candidate will have prior veterinary experience and a proven background in leadership, training, and team development—paired with a business-minded approach to hospital growth.

As our Hospital Manager, you’ll work closely with the Medical Director and leadership team, taking ownership of daily operations and guiding our hospital toward continued success.

Key Responsibilities Include :

• Financial Leadership : Monitor hospital performance, manage budgets, oversee payroll and financial operations, and drive business growth through data-informed decisions.
• Operational Oversight : Ensure efficient workflow, maintain regulatory compliance (OSHA, DEA, VMB), manage equipment and inventory, and implement hospital policies and procedures.
• Strategic Direction : Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute long-term goals, expand services, and support referral and business partnerships.
• Project & Facility Management : Lead day-to-day operations, scheduling, and maintenance while aligning administrative functions with overall hospital objectives.
• Client & Community Engagement : Oversee marketing strategies, resolve client concerns, enhance client experience, and foster retention and growth.
• Team Leadership : Manage and support department leads, oversee hiring and development, maintain staffing levels, and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
