About the Role

The university is searching for a dynamic Chief Financial Officer for Fiscal Affairs to lead and direct the institution's financial operations. This critical role will leverage your expertise to ensure the long-term financial health and sustainability of the university in alignment with its educational and research missions. You will oversee financial planning, budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting, ensuring integrity and compliance in all fiscal activities.

As a leader, you will manage the financial teams, contribute to strategic planning, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Your negotiation skills will come into play when interacting with managed care organizations, supporting the financial stability of clinical and research initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree and at least 3 years of administrative experience in financial administration. Your knowledge of contracting, medical billing, and clinical operations, combined with a strong foundation in accounting practices and project management, will be essential to your success. We are looking for a strategic thinker with proven abilities in budget development and financial compliance who can collaborate effectively with senior leadership and external partners to enhance financial performance.
