Client / Lab Associate - Oncology I - Lewisville, TX, Saturday to Wednesday, 9 : 30 PM to 6 : 00 AM

Pay range : $17.27+ per hour; employee may be eligible to receive shift differential of 10% for some or all hours worked on second shift and 15% for some or all hours worked on third shift. Additional details on shift differential will be provided if an offer is extended.

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Assoc, Client / Lab - Oncology I is responsible for general support functions within the department including processing test orders into the system(s) for Oncology specimens. This position is critical to quality for customer satisfaction and is an important part of Oncology White Glove Services. This role requires the ability to learn and understand the compliance regulations related to Oncology test ordering.

Responsibilities :

All functions must be performed with confidence, accuracy and in a timely manner with emphasis on quality. The job is complex and requires that the employee have good organizational skills, able to work independently, able to learn and understand complex specimen types related to test orders.
