Insight Global is seeking a Senior Manager of Facilities to support one of its top semiconductor clients at their Camas, WA manufacturing site. This role will be replacing the current Senior Manager who will be retiring. This leader will oversee facilities operations for a 24 / 7 semiconductor manufacturing plant, including large-scale construction projects, fab expansions, cleanroom development, and continuous improvement initiatives related to energy efficiency and operational excellence. This person will be largely people management and will have the opportunity to work with and oversee multiple project and engineering teams at the site.

Responsibilities in this role include overseeing the daily operation of a 24 / 7 semiconductor manufacturing plant while leading major construction and expansion projects, including the design and build of ISO 4 cleanrooms and upgrades to existing facilities. The manager will direct fab ramps and tool installation efforts, evaluate and implement energy-efficient technologies, and guide a team of engineers and technicians in supporting complex facility systems such as HVAC, UPW, power distribution, CDA, PV, IWT, PCW, and controls. Additional responsibilities include interpreting tool design and installation requirements, benchmarking cost-efficient operational practices, developing utility matrices, cost metrics, and master space plans, preparing project plans, schedules, and cost estimates, and generating purchase requests, ROI analyses, executive summaries, and proposals. The role also involves hiring and developing personnel, coordinating with governmental agencies, pursuing conservation rebates, and ensuring compliance with local codes and standards including OSSC, OMSC, OESC, OFC, and NFPA.

Salary Range for this position is 160-170k based on qualifications and years of experience. Skills and Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent with min. 15 years of experience
• Registered P.E. is a plus.
• Current knowledge of energy-efficient approaches for semiconductor fabs, test areas, and office areas
• Demonstrated proficiency in speaking, reading, writing and understanding the English language
• Good computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in EXCEL, WORD, Power Point, and MS Project
• Must have good people skills, be able to multi-task and enjoy working in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
• Must be quality and safety oriented.
• Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision
• Experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
