Unarmed Security Officers needed in Temecula, CA

  • Full-time & Part-time

  • $19.50 / hr - Weekly Pay

Unarmed Security Supervisors needed in Temecula, CA

  • Full-time & Part-time
  • All Shifts
  • $21 / hr - Weekly Pay

    • Requirements

  • Must be 21yo or older
  • Must have valid Driver's License with no restrictions
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
  • Must possess CA BSIS Security Registration card
  • Must possess 40 hours of required Security Registration training

    • Power to Arrest training certificate (3 hours)

  • Appropriate Use of Force training certificate (5 hours)
  • Proof of required additional 32 hours of training certificates
  • Must have a good working knowledge of security operations and safety practices
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Understand and follow standard operating procedures (SOP’s) to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance, to write necessary incident reports, investigate incidents and make independent good judgment decisions within proper policy procedure
  • Encourage teamwork, cooperation, and remain calm

    • Responsibilities

  • Guard Shack / Checking Credentials
  • Assist client associates with truck validations
  • Truck gate duties
  • Assist drivers, contractors, and visitors
  • Must have the ability to make tough decisions quickly and efficiently in emergency situations
  • Maintain the protection of property through active patrols, observation, and correct reporting
  • Strong Written and Oral communication skills
  • Availability to answer calls and solve issues during their shift
  • Ability to understand policies and procedures
  • Always wear appropriate and professional uniform attire while on duty
  • Maintain security policies and procedures throughout all shifts and circumstances
  • Ability to exercise emotional control, judgment, and objectivity
  • Attention to detail, achievement orientation, positive attitude and self-motivation skills to be able to be proactive, take initiative and achieve results
