Sentar is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator in Charleston SC.

Responsibilities will include :

• Interface with program managers clients vendors contractors subcontractors and internal staff providing comprehensive and proactive support as a valued and trusted advisor to the group
• Review both contract and subcontract agreements and negotiate a mutually beneficial contract for mission success
• Prepare Subcontract and Consulting agreements
• Manage both contracts and subcontract agreements from cradle to grave inclusive of compliance with external and internal controls
• Maintain accurate detailed and complete contractual records
• Tracking funding and expenditures for limitation notices and updating the project team
• Draft review and negotiate TAs and NDAs
• Participate in the development and fulfillment of solicitation requirements in proposal preparation to include participating in cost volume creation and pricing activities
• Administer monitor and track all contract activity for T&M FFP IDIQ CPFF and Task Order contract types
• Solve complex problems requiring detailed knowledge of field and industry best practices
• Strategize with program teams for risk evaluation and mitigation
• Experience with and understanding of CostPoint data entry and project setup required
