Bartender/Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable, energetic, and guest-focused Bartender/Server to join our team. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking food and beverage orders, preparing and serving drinks, delivering food promptly, and creating a welcoming dining experience for every guest. The ideal candidate is friendly, fast-paced, and able to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards

• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner

• Check on guests throughout service to ensure satisfaction

• Handle payments and close checks accurately

• Maintain cleanliness of bar, tables, and service areas

• Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and server stations

• Follow alcohol service laws, ID checks, and safety/sanitation standards

• Support team members and assist with opening/closing side work

Qualifications

• Previous bartending and/or serving experience preferred

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

• Basic knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and food service

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–40 lbs

• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• ABC permit / alcohol certification (if required by state)
