We are searching for a motivated Quality Engineer 2 with regulated industry experience and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude to help position our company for new growth and improved social responsibility. Project management skills are a real plus!

Your Role : You will join the Quality Engineering team, supporting structures R&D and manufacturing.

Primary Responsibilities :

Plan, execute, and oversee the inspection and testing of products to verify conformance with specifications and deliverables

Assist operations team in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels for CSR (corporate social responsibility), environmental, and health / safety goals / KPIs

Investigate reported product quality issues and ensure timely closure per company and regulatory guidelines

Develop and update company inspection procedures to ensure thorough documentation and investigation

Monitor risk-management procedures and report recurring issues to management and product development teams

Provide training and support to quality assurance team members on systems, policies, and procedures

Lead and actively participate in internal and external audits

Commit to ongoing self-development and personal growth

Education & Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field

Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in a manufacturing environment

Minimum 2 years’ experience in aerospace or other highly regulated industry highly preferred

Experience with NADCAP and heat treatment is a plus

Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools

Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version-control, and defect management

Professional certification such as Six Sigma, CQE (Certified Quality Engineer), or CQA (Certified Quality Auditor) preferred

Knowledge & Skills Required :

Knowledge of and experience in a professional business environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Outstanding interpersonal relationship skills

Strong computer skills (Microsoft Windows environment)

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a complex business environment

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Strong focus on customer service

Quick to master new business knowledge and technical skills
