[job_card.job_description]Accurately pick, scan, stack and place selected cases on pallets safely and efficiently; minimizing product damage, maximizing trailer space and assuring cold chain and quality standards are met Safely operate equipment necessary to perform job duties; including but not limited to forklift, pallet jack, VoCollect headset and other computerized picking equipment and systems (training provided) Communicate effectively and timely with management and team in a fast-paced environment Work in and be exposed to various temperatures / environments (Ranging from -20 degrees F in frozen area, to 85 degrees F in the warehouse) Lift 20–25 pounds, with maximum weight lifted greater than 50 pounds occasionally to frequently Comprehensive safety training for new employees, delivered by dedicated professional trainers, as well as on-going continuous safety training throughout the year Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and / or cold weather gear provided at no cost Paid time off (PTO) to help you balance your personal and work life Higher premium pay rates for working overtime, on Sundays, or on a recognized holiday Health care benefits that provide a high level of coverage at a low cost to you Retirement plan with a 401(k) match A generous scholarship program to help employees meet their educational goals LiveWell Employee & Family program to support your emotional, work-life and financial wellness Certain eligibility requirements must be satisfied, and offerings may differ based upon area or the company and / or position.
