Position Title : Mobile Housekeeping Specialist
Reports To : Operations Coordinator / Housekeeping Supervisor

Position Summary
The Mobile Housekeeping Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning and housekeeping services at various client locations, including residential homes, healthcare facilities, and office environments. This role requires traveling between locations to provide consistent, professional, and efficient cleaning, ensuring all assigned spaces meet the organizations cleanliness and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning & Sanitation
- Perform general housekeeping duties including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, and trash removal.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, carpets, windows, and fixtures.
- Follow infection control, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times.
Mobility & Scheduling
Travel to assigned client sites using a company vehicle or approved personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement as applicable).Maintain punctuality and reliability in accordance with scheduled cleaning assignments.Adapt to different work environments and client needs while maintaining professional standards.Equipment & Supplies
Safely operate cleaning equipment (e.g., vacuums, carpet cleaners, floor buffers).Maintain housekeeping supplies and notify supervisor when reorders are required.Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals in compliance with OSHA and company policy.Client Service
Interact courteously and professionally with clients, residents, and staff.Respond to specific cleaning requests or feedback in a timely manner.Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of all clients.Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience (1 year minimum preferred).Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods.Strong attention to detail and time management skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Competencies
