What youll do

At SCA, youll play a key role in driving our mission to keep communities clean and safe across the country. As a Salesforce Developer, youll help support our dedicated field teams and deliver critical services that make a visible impact every day. Whether you're leading people, optimizing processes, or providing essential support, your work will contribute directly to our successand to the communities we proudly serve.

Your daily impact

• Custom Salesforce Development : Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex programming, ensuring scalability and alignment with business goals.
• CRM & Field Service Management : Configure, customize, and enhance CRM and Field Service App (FSM) modules to support operational workflows and improve user efficiency.
• Portal & Feature Design : Build and maintain custom portals and advanced Salesforce features that meet evolving business and customer needs.
• System Integration : Collaborate with the Salesforce Admin and cross?functional teams to ensure seamless integration, data accuracy, and platform stability.
• System Architecture & Best Practices : Apply Salesforce best practices in data modeling, integration, and security to maintain a high?performing, compliant environment.
• Quality Assurance : Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure reliability, maintainability, and consistency across Salesforce components.
• Problem Solving & Optimization : Troubleshoot complex issues, identify process improvement opportunities, and deliver efficient, well?documented solutions.
• Cross?Functional Collaboration : Partner with stakeholders across departments to align development initiatives with broader business strategies and priorities.
• Technical Mentorship : Provide technical guidance and support during the candidate pre?filtering and onboarding process for future developer roles.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement : Stay current on new Salesforce technologies, tools, and trends to proactively recommend and implement enhancements.
