Pay Range : $26 - $28 / hour

Responsibilities
Apply ABA principles and evidence-based practices.Conduct assessments, progress reports, and maintain updated BIPs.Analyze client behavior and adjust treatment plans as needed.Document supervision activities per funding and ethical guidelines.Provide monthly data analysis to guide treatment decisions.Supervise RBTs / BTs with in-person training, modeling, and feedback.Deliver caregiver education and maintain strong communication.Ensure clients receive authorized hours and maintain confidentiality.Attend staff meetings, trainings, and assist with RBT quarterly sessions.Complete program updates, FBAs, BIPs, and reports on time.Maintain required supervision ratios and clinic coverage during business hours.Required Skills
Currently enrolled in Board Certified Behavior Analyst coursework and in good standing.Minimum of 2-years’ experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis principles and treatment development.18 months prior experience working in an educational capacity and / or with individuals with developmental challenges.Possess excellent time management skills and knowledge of street routes / maps.Utilize professional language (avoid slang) when communicating with patients and colleagues.Must possess the ability to communicate through written, vocal and electronic modalities.Must have reliable transportation and current liability insurance meeting the minimum limits indicated in the employee manual.Less than 2 traffic violations within the past 2 years.If still maintaining direct RBT hours, RBT availability changes are limited to 3 per year.At Alongside ABA, we believe that every child deserves the chance to thrive.
