What You'll Do
Are you an experienced electronic discovery professional who is interested in branching out into Risk Management and Information Governance? As a Senior Information Governance Specialist II , you'll play a critical role within the Information Governance (IG) team, conducting internal data collections for high visibility matters to protect the Firm's data, reputation, and strategic objectives.
Reporting through the Information Governance Manager for Internal Collections, this role is a key contributor to the execution and delivery of information governance and electronic discovery (eDiscovery) services. You'll collaborate daily with attorneys, paralegals, business professionals, Information Technology (IT), and senior stakeholders-providing trusted guidance, conducting complex data collections, and delivering a consistently high standard of "white glove" service across the Firm.
By ensuring internal data is collected, stored, and protected effectively, you'll help maintain strong information integrity, support compliance, and reduce risk across the organization.

Compensation
The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position in each of the below locations. This range may differ based on your geographic location and cost of living considerations. At Kirkland & Ellis, we consider compensation more than just a base salary. Compensation Range :
Los Angeles : $129,000 - $153,000
Bay Area : $129,000 - $175,000
