Summary :

As a Senior Manager of Strategy and Planning, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, leading transformative initiatives that define where we play, how we win, and what capabilities we build to stay ahead. You'll be a key driver of ADT's strategic agenda, responsible for supporting the company's long and intermediate-term strategic planning process, leading cross-functional programs, and delivering actionable insights through rigorous strategic and financial analysis.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Analyze consumer and industry trends, competitive dynamics, and macroeconomic factors to inform strategic direction.
  • Lead components of ADT's strategic planning process, including assessing current and future strategic differentiators, and conducting portfolio analysis and prioritization.
  • Manage analysis and prioritization of growth opportunities, including new markets, products, and partnerships.
  • Align strategic planning with budgeting, capital allocation, and performance monitoring processes.

    • Cross-Functional Program Management

  • Communicate insights and recommendations effectively, translating strategic priorities into executable programs with clear milestones, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to track progress and impact.
  • Lead and energize enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across business units and functions.
  • Collaborate with business and functional leaders to frame and resolve complex strategic challenges, remove roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery of strategic outcomes.

    • Financial & Business Analysis

  • Build compelling financial narratives that drive strategic investment decisions.
  • Conduct detailed financial modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, and resource allocation through data-driven insights.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7-10 years of applicable experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, business development, or financial planning and analysis.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs and deliver strategic outcomes.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with experience in evaluating business cases and investment decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills across diverse audiences.
  • Strong influencing and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and passion for understanding business dynamics.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented leader with strong performance accountability orientation.
  • Demonstrated integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

    • Location :

    This position is based in our corporate headquarters in Boca Raton, FL. Our office follows a 4-days onsite and 1-day remote hybrid schedule.

    Relocation :

    Relo assistance will be offered to qualified candidates residing outside of Florida that are open to relocating to South Florida.
