Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our healthcare solutions product line. This is a phone-based role focused on assisting users with product access, navigation, and answering common questions—including inquiries related to gift cards provided to users.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound calls and provide exceptional customer support.
• Assist users in accessing and navigating the new product platform.
• Answer 5–6 common questions related to product use and gift card redemption.
• Deliver accurate information and resolve issues promptly.
• Participate in a comprehensive training program and shadowing opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications

Education : High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience : Prior call center experience preferred.

Skills :

Strong communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a secure home office environment.

Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred (no pay differential).

Comfortable with fluctuating call volumes (light initially, ramping up through February).

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00 / hr.
