Quality Assurance Manager

Primary Duties And Responsibilities :

• Leads the quality team and manages the projects, customers and planning for the department
• Leads the preparation of project quotes and requests for proposals (RFP) for clients as needed.
• Plans, organizes, directs the operation of the quality assurance team
• Supports the QA Innomar team as needed; ensure timely release of drug products.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with decision-makers within all departments to effectively achieve business results.
• Directs and coordinates all departmental functions including oversight of the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the quality assurance department as applicable
• Build and maintain a positive and productive liaison with internal and external contacts, including interfacing with potential clients.
• Demonstrated ability to identify client issues and develop effective strategies.
• Maintain and adhere to current GMP / GCP practices.
• Assist with site GMP compliance
• Facilitation of regulatory inspections for pharmaceutical and clinical sites through effective negotiation with regulatory agencies.
• Facilitation of quality assurance activities for pharmaceutical, natural health product, cosmetic, food, veterinary and dietary supplement clients.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize, coordinate and complete multiple projects within established timeframes.
• Presentation of client services and training seminars, as required.
