Who Are You & What Is Your Profile?

You are someone who has demonstrated experience in financial reporting for this position; SAP experience would be greatly advantageous, but is not required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The purpose of your role is to provide support & assistance for the finance manager and finance team with all bookkeeping and data entry for account preparation. Accounts Receivable / Payable and reconciliations are the entry-level responsibilities of the role; these obligations will grow as you acquire experience. If you are studying to become a chartered accountant this role best fits you.

Key Duties Include :

• Action daily enquiries from customers and staff, face to face and by phone / email.
• Open, action and circulate daily mail.
• Daily bank account reconciliations.
• Oversee preparation, payment, reconciliation, and payment of fortnightly payroll.
• Processing supplier invoices and mailing / emailing statements.
• Reconciliation of intercompany balances.
• Processing suppliers' foreign exchange requirements.
• Preparation of reports required under the company's FCPA reporting requirements.
• Opening and maintenance of debtors' and creditors' master file accounts.
• Preparation and posting of monthly accounting journals.
• Reconciliation of high-risk balance sheet accounts.
• Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly draft accounting reports.

Salary package :  $45k - 60k Package + Benefits
