Warehouse Coordinator

Milestone Cabinetry is a kitchen cabinet wholesaler, and our warehouse team is growing!

We are looking for some help in our shipping and QC operations. We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator who is proficient in using a computer, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. General knowledge of operating a forklift or an order picker is preferable.

This position will be responsible for updating paperwork in the computer system, performing quality checks on pulled orders, and confirming outbound shipments.

Other duties as assigned. Team environment, so helping with other warehouse tasks as needed will be required.

Warehouse Worker Job Responsibilities:

• Performs Quality Check of puller orders
• Update paperwork in the computer system
• Updates the bill of lading, packing list, and other paperwork as needed
• Completes shipments by processing and packing orders.
• Enforces inventory controls by collecting stock location orders from appropriate areas and following printed order requests.
• Provides quality service by following organizational standards.
• Completes reports by entering required information.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• experience and knowledge of Excel.
• Associate degree minimum
