As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment. Your visible presence and routine patrols contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, while your focus on customer service and clear communication helps build strong relationships on site. Pay Rate : $22.00 / Hour

Job Schedule :

DayTimeSat07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PMSun07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or incidents.
  • Monitor for unusual activity and report findings according to site protocols.
  • Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with access control procedures as required by the location.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate logs of patrols, incidents, and observations during assigned shifts.
  • Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and / or client representatives regarding any security-related matters.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
