Pre-Engineered Metal Building Design Engineer

Full-time | $80,000 – $110,000 per year + Bonus

The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background with experience in pre-engineered metal building design, excellent technical skills, and a passion for delivering quality projects. Key Responsibilities

Design and develop pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) systems using MBS software and AutoCAD.

Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure design meets project requirements and specifications.

Prepare detailed structural drawings and documentation for fabrication and erection.

Perform engineering calculations and reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards and codes.

Support project teams throughout all phases, from conceptual design through construction.

Troubleshoot design challenges and recommend innovative solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in structural or metal building design.

EIT (Engineer-in-Training) or PE (Professional Engineer) certification strongly preferred.

Proficiency with MBS (Metal Building Software) and AutoCAD.

Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and applicable codes.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.

What We Offer

Base depended on experience : $80,000 – $110,000 annually
