This is a remote, work from home position. You must reside in the state of New Mexico to be eligible. We are looking for full-time Inbound Sales Representatives. Don't like cold calling? Neither do we - our customers call us with a need for storage. Your job is to assist our customers by reserving the best storage unit that would fit their individual needs and deliver amazing customer service.

Pay starts at $16/hr plus commission! Don't get lost in the shuffle of a large call center- at Extra Space Storage our close-knit team allows our passionate leaders to coach you to success. Requirements

• Experience in sales/customer service
• Ability to connect over the phone
• Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications
• High school diploma or GED
• Pass background and drug screening
• Able to work some weekends
