Responsibilities
- Compiles initial information for pr og ram records by completing pre-screening of applicants.
- Ensureconfidentiality of data is maintained at all times.
- Ensure complianceof policies and procedures with all applicable regulatory requirements as itrelates to data entry.
- Assists in thecollection of client profiles and quality improvement data.
- Posts / enters theresults of client intake and updates the electronic database.
- Assists with month-end and year-end reporting requirementsby ensuring data quality errors are corrected.
- Assistsin auditing records for ongoing compliance.
- Other duties asassigned.
Requirements
Requires a High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience working in a high volume data entry services setting. Experience working with Veterans preferred.Must have anagreeable personality and work in a fast-paced and intense work situation.Must have andmaintain a valid Virginia Operators License.Benefits
