Plus de Vin is looking for cooks to join the team at our wine bar in Williamsburg!

PdV is a neighborhood natural wine bar with a more extensive menu than you'd expect for a wine bar. We're serious about excellence in wine, food, and how we are with each other… but not much else.  PdV is exactly the place that friends with a discerning palate would want to hang but couldn't find, so they built. They've been described as the most delicious, perfectly imperfect trio : front of house gal and sommelier Carenn Mackinnon, James Beard Nominated Chef Max Mackinnon, and their fun friend and serial restauranteur Chad Carey of Empty Stomach Hospitality.

We are looking for people who love making food, feeding people, & working with a small yet strong team. PdV's menu is intentional and thoughtful, beautiful and detailed. Experience cooking in professional kitchens is preferred, however a strong work ethic, desire to learn, and positive & kind attitude is a must. You will work with both the kitchen and dining room staff to execute excellent food, a hospitable experience for our guests, & a smooth service for the team. We work together & treat each other excellently, no exceptions.

The physical demands required for this position are seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, frequently lifting up to 25 pounds, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours.
