Job Description :

We are looking for a .NET Developer to support our client by developing maintaining and optimizing the central infrastructure application instances and databases for a budgeting system.

Required Skills :

  • Minimum 12 - 14 years of experience in :
  • Senior development and architecture
  • Designing & implementing financial and budget applications
  • C# .NET
  • Microsoft SQL Server installation maintenance and optimization
  • SSIS / integration services
  • Disaster recovery design & testing
  • Designing and maintaining TDE encryption
  • Developing Windows Services
  • Developing Web Services
  • Designing detailed technical infrastructure diagrams and documentation
  • TSM LightSpeed VMware FTP
  • Active Reports and / or StimulSoft Reports
  • MSTDC configuration and implementation
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to mentor state staff best practices
  • Financial institution experience (6 years)
  • Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or related field

Preferred Skills :

  • Working knowledge of state and federal laws procurement budget HR and payroll processes.
  • Experience supporting government budget systems.
