Full-Time Pediatric Occupational Therapist (Location : In Clinic. Dedicated Six-Person Administrative Team : Provides an established communication pathway for new client inquiries and current client requests / questions, thereby increasing therapist time to focus on therapy!
TWO Full-Time Schedule Coordinators (pre-builds caseload for new hires, fills cancellations when able, communicates directly with clients regarding all schedule needs, manages therapist’s schedule requests, contacts families when therapist is out)Insurance Medical Biller (provides guidance on insurance billing and coding and submits all authorizations and claims to insurance companies)Full-Time Clinic Coordinator (maintains clinic inventory, orders supplies, and assists with the daily flow of the clinic, including supervision of the volunteers)New Client Coordinator (sends families initial intake paperwork and completes setup of services)Grounds Assistants (cleaning and maintenance, including setup and cleanup of feeding sessions)Volunteers!!! (therapy students trained in disinfecting and clean up procedures and are available to lend an extra hand when needed)Clinic Space / Equipment (photos & video tour of the clinic can be found on our website : www.sproutstherapy.com)
