As a Talent Sourcer, you will contribute to building a robust pipeline of potential instructors for our courses. You will conduct systematic LinkedIn research, following our well-established strategies and guidelines.

This remote position is open to candidates anywhere in Ukraine.

Responsibilities :

• Follow the developed sourcing strategies to identify potential instructors via LinkedIn and other sources.
• Establish initial contact with potential instructors,
• Collaborate with the pre-production team members to understand requirements and execute established sourcing strategies.
• Keep a well-organized record of potential candidates and maintain regular communication.
