Responsibilities

Partner directly with the assigned Program Manager to ensure successful delivery to assigned client(s). Directly own and manage the most complex and demanding level account(s). Oversee all aspects of technical delivery to the said account(s). Mentor and train new team members. Drive internal meetings specific to operations team on an as-needed basis (operations stand-up). Identify and lead select technical projects that will help streamline operations delivery for our entire client base. Responsible for data management and data quality for assigned client(s) communicating such to the client(s) without direct supervision ultimately leading to completing successful implementation / annual updates needed for every HEDIS season. Document meeting discussions and complete the tasks on the agreed upon timeline ensuring client satisfaction. Work with assigned client(s) helping them troubleshoot issues of technical nature. Involve other Cotiviti internal resources as needed to get the issue to a resolution. Escalate to leadership as necessary to ensure client satisfaction and delivery within agreed upon timelines. Perform data analysis data mining and identify root cause of issues using SQL. Assist the Engineering / Development / Tools team with new business requirements and help them with functional specifications as needed based on client need. Assist in the conversion of internal processes from manual to automated through coding and programming.

Qualifications

Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science Information Technology Information Systems or a related field plus 5 years of data analytics experience in the healthcare lieu of a bachelors or foreign equivalent degree and 5 years of experience as stated employer will accept a masters or foreign equivalent degree and 2 years of experience as stated. Also requires 2 years of experience : working with HEDIS data; using SQL to analyze diverse data sets; and managing client escalations of a technical nature. Experience may be but need not be acquired concurrently. Telecommuting available anywhere in the U.S. Company headquarters located at 10701 South River Front Pkwy Suite 200 South Jordan UT 84095.

Base compensation ranges from $123552 to $125000. Specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience education skills certifications and other business needs.
