The following criteria can measure success in this role :

Position Type : Full-Time

Shift Outlook : Wednesday-Sunday, Noon to Close. If in culinary school, MUST be available to work during school breaks or have flexibility, and be available to work during the summer. We are looking for a one-year commitment + from any candidate.

Performance Schedule : 90-day informal check-in, 9-12 month formal review
