Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the manufacturing process for advanced products ensuring adherence to quality standards cost targets and delivery schedules
• Collaborate with design engineering teams to optimize product manufacturability and ensure smooth transition from design to production
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures including process flow work instructions and quality control measures
• Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges in the manufacturing process working closely with crossfunctional teams to implement effective solutions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency reduce costs and improve product quality
• Provide technical guidance and support to production teams ensuring proper training and adherence to manufacturing processes and standards
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize material flow and inventory management ensuring timely availability of components and materials for production
