LPN Qualifications & Responsibilities :

Active, unencumbered LPN license in the State of New Jersey

Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and residents’ care plans

Monitor and document residents’ conditions, reporting any changes in health status

Ensure all care is delivered in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations
