Our client, a leading organization in the technology and services industry, is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join their team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be part of the IT Operations team supporting enterprise-wide ServiceNow platforms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location : Evendale, OH (On-site)

What's the Job?

• Configure and develop on the ServiceNow platform, including routine changes and configuration adjustments
• Provision, install, configure, operate, and maintain the ServiceNow platform
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly system monitoring to verify the integrity and availability of ServiceNow applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform upgrades, patching, and system updates across different instances
• Assist with report configuration, dashboards, and operational administrative tasks as needed
