Comfort Advisor (HVAC Sales) - Albany / Corvallis Service Areas

100% Commission with No Cap - Top Performers Earnings : $150,000+ / year

What You'll Do

  • Conduct in-home assessments to understand comfort needs and recommend solutions
  • Build rapport and trust with homeowners, educating them on system options
  • Present multiple equipment and financing solutions clearly and professionally
  • Educate customers on the benefits of system upgrades, energy efficiency, and comfort solutions
  • Manage the full sales process from lead to close
  • Work closely with install and service teams to ensure smooth transitions
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and stay on top of scheduling, change orders, and close-out documentation
  • Continuously grow your knowledge and skills through ongoing training and coaching

    • What You Bring

  • 1+ year of residential or HVAC-related sales experience (2+ years preferred)
  • Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
  • CRM experience (ServiceTitan a plus)
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Team-oriented mindset and a proactive, problem-solving attitude
