Title : Travel and Expense Operations Senior Analyst Duration : 3 to 6 month+ contract Location : (Hybrid)- Baltimore, MD Rate : $40-$42 / hr on W2 (All inclusive / no benefits) Could be a possible temp to perm position Job description : Summary Client is looking for a Travel & Expense Operations Sr. Analyst to support our growing team of global travelers, travel planners, and expense users to ensure they are able to travel effectively and efficiently, with confidence, between all origins and destinations. In addition to serving as a travel and expense support function, this position will also manage Client's Corporate Card program and oversee all audits. This position will report into client’s Senior Manager of Global Travel and will serve as a valued partner to all teammates who travel for business purposes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes the following and other duties may be assigned). Manages the Corporate Card program to optimize spend, drive compliance, and mitigate risks Assist with expenses and corporate card projects globally Oversees T&E audits including working with internal audit on investigations, reporting on findings, and implements strategies to resolve card abuse, policy violations, and improve overall compliance issues Responsible for the tasks associated with onboarding new teammates into all T&E related systems, policies, and processes Works closely with client's global travel agency to respond to and resolve traveler requests Provide technical and functional global support to users of company online travel and expense system (Concur), including the approval of expense reports, system trouble-shooting, and training Manages content updates and technical support to client's Intranet Travel Site Assists in the development and issuance of financial reporting for departmental budget tracking purposes Provide companywide support for client’s credit card platform including credit limits adjustments, dispute resolution, and fraud investigation Qualifications Excellent analytical skills combined with the ability to effectively present finding to all levels of the company Ability to work independently with moderate levels of supervision Strong customer support and verbal / written communications skills Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate change management with teammates at all levels of the organization Education and / or Experience 2-4 years of experience working in corporate travel management. Computer Skills Experience working with Concur or another travel & expense management system preferred. Must have strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint).
