This position involves a mix of communication, organization, and leadership development. Your daily responsibilities will include :

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with members who request information about their benefits
  • Scheduling and conducting virtual or phone-based appointments
  • Presenting benefit programs in a clear and professional manner
  • Using basic computer skills to complete forms and maintain accurate records
  • Ensuring paperwork and quality control requirements are met
  • Participating in leadership training to support long-term career growth

What We're Looking For :

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
  • Ability to build rapport and work effectively with individuals and groups
  • Customer service and / or sales experience is an asset (but not required)
  • Comfortable working with all levels of management and team members
  • Team-oriented and self-motivated
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the US or Canada
