Locum Tenens Gastroenterologist Needed in California

A healthcare facility in California is seeking a board-certified gastroenterologist for locum tenens coverage. The position involves working five days a week in a clinic or outpatient setting, performing GI-related procedures such as colonoscopies and endoscopies. There is no call required. The shift times are Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM.

Responsibilities :

• Providing consultative and follow-up care in the ambulatory clinic.
• Performing procedures 2-3 days per week.
• Seeing 16 to 20 patients per day in the clinic.
• Performing 8-10 procedures per day in the outpatient center.
Requirements :
• Physician
• Gastroenterology
• Board Certified
• Active California License
• Clean Malpractice Record
