Commercial HVAC Service Technician

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Service Technician to join our team. • Duties and Responsibilities :
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
• Identify issues and diagnose complex problems in HVAC systems to provide effective and efficient solutions.
• Conduct thorough inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Monitor and test HVAC systems to ensure they are operating according to specifications.
• Safely handle and responsibly dispose of refrigerants and other hazardous chemicals in line with industry standards.
• Collaborate with customers to thoroughly explain issues and provide clear recommendations for system improvements or replacements.
• Keep accurate records of all service calls, documenting work performed and parts used.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring the proper care and maintenance of all tools and equipment.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Successful completion of an HVAC technician program or apprenticeship is required. Additionally, a valid HVAC technician certification or license, as mandated by state regulations, is necessary. NPT gas license is preferred.
