Job Summary

Administers the benefits policies, processes, and day-to-day management of the HRIS system applicable to the CITGO health and welfare plans and in compliance with plan rules and regulations. Serves as subject matter expert for all aspects of HRIS systems data related to health and welfare and retirement plans. Main point of contact for HRIS benefits related system problem resolution. Serve as administrator for company disability and health retirement programs. Manages complex analytical projects assigned by Health & Welfare Plans Manager.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Business, HR, or related field required. 10+ years of job-related experience required in lieu of Bachelors Degree.
• In-depth knowledge of federal and statutory laws, including but not limited to ERISA, FLSA, FMLA, COBRA, EEO, ADA, ACA, HIPAA.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to summarize and interpret data effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiar with SAP and / or other HRIS systems.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with proven track record of identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization and external contacts. Must maintain a high level of confidentiality of all benefits related and adhere to privacy and security regulations.
• Experience administrating disability cases.
