Assist clients in completing tasks as outlined by their service plan, demonstrating the ability to assure needs are met in a safe, appropriate manner according to Masonic Village policies as well as OSHA, federal, state, and local regulations. Demonstrates the ability to assist clients with in-home caregiver tasks, companion, and non-professional care and services according to Masonic Village policies and procedures. Accurately documents client information and services delivered according to the established service plan and Masonic Village policies and procedures. Observes and communicates changes in client / resident condition according to notification guidelines. Maintains confidentiality of privileged information, discussing, and releasing information only to those who are authorized. High school diploma or equivalency preferred, but not essential. Successful completion of a criminal background check. Sincere interest in working with the elderly. Satisfactorily completes orientation training. Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License preferred.
