Senior System Design Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior System Design Engineer to support fluid systems and supplier integration activities for advanced nuclear projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design of nuclear and industrial components and systems from early requirements through final detailed design

Coordinate reviews of technical analyses and integrate results into overall plant design

Provide technical direction to engineering staff and oversee supplier projects to ensure deliverables meet scope, quality, and schedule

Required Qualifications

B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited institution

10+ years of direct mechanical or fluid systems engineering experience

Demonstrated supplier / contractor coordination and project management experience

Experience with high-temperature systems or multi-discipline integration preferred

Experience working to quality standards such as ASME NQA-1 or ISO 9001
