Account Manager
Our client is seeking a skilled Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for international clients pursuing financing for U.S. real estate investments. From the first conversation through post-closing support, you will guide clients through the lending process, build trust, and ensure a smooth, clear, and successful experience.
You will also oversee and coordinate with Processing Managers to ensure timely and accurate completion of all back-office and support tasks related to each loan file.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct introductory calls with potential clients, providing an overview of financing options
- Collect and analyze client information to match them with optimal loan terms
- Present loan proposals, address questions, and communicate the value of the services
- Manage ongoing client communications and foster long-term relationships
- Host post-signing kick-off calls with clients and the Processing Manager to clarify next steps and required documentation
- Support the Processing Manager in handling client escalations or complex questions
- Monitor loan progress and manage client expectations
- Promote client satisfaction to encourage referrals and repeat business
