About Our Agency :

Our Agency has been a part of the Tempe, AZ community since 2007. Sharon has over 26 years with State Farm. Our office has qualified for Presidents Club, Chairmans Circle, Million Dollar Round Table and Ambassador Club - which makes us an attractive team to join!! We incorporate Arizona State University interns into our business model which creates a vibrant team atmosphere making it super successful for team members who have selected insurance as their career. Position Overview

Are you outgoing and customer-focused? Do you enjoy working with the public? If you answered yes to these questions, working for a State Farm independent contractor agent may be the career for you! State Farm agents market only State Farm insurance and financial service products.

Responsibilities

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
