Responsibilities

  • Leadership : Guide and oversee the insurance sales team to optimize performance and reach sales targets.
  • Client Engagement : Cultivate meaningful relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions.
  • Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to expand client base and increase market share.
  • Performance Monitoring : Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure goals are met.
  • Team Development : Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and drive continuous improvement.
  • Market Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Licensing : Valid Virginia Property & Casualty License is required.
  • Experience : Minimum of 3 years in insurance sales, with at least 1 year in a management role.
  • Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
  • Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Focused : Commitment to providing excellent customer service and exceeding client expectations.
  • Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive informed business decisions.
  • Familiarity with industry software and CRM tools is preferred.
