Stop Loss Director

A company is looking for a Director of Stop Loss.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop the Stop Loss Desk team

Develop and enhance relationships with stop loss carrier partners

Implement processes to improve efficiency and drive competitive performance in stop loss quoting

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in stop loss / medical reinsurance sales (10+ years preferred)

Experience in the self-funded employee benefits industry

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related analytic discipline (or equivalent military service at E4 or higher)

Experience with Salesforce preferred

Proficient with MS Office suite
