System Administration Analyst

A company is looking for a System Administration Analyst to manage workforce management tools and systems.

Key Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and maintain workforce management systems

Manage system access, security roles, and permissions in compliance with policies

Troubleshoot technical issues and partner with vendors for resolutions

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of experience with Verint as a desktop Administrator or Data Analyst

Experience with WFM tools such as Intradiem, Genesys, and DPA

Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data mining and reporting

Knowledge of telephony, IVR, and ACD routing

Equivalent work experience may substitute for educational requirements
