Enrollment Specialist - $20/hour + Commission

Clae Goldman Team is seeking a dedicated and organized Enrollment Specialist to join our team. Our mission is to protect customers from rising energy costs, offer discounts, and promote green energy. As an Enrollment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in guiding candidates through the enrollment process, ensuring they understand our community solar and third-party energy solutions. Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods speaking directly with homeowners
• Educate customers on our energy savings and community solar programs
• Answer questions about eligibility, benefits, and enrollment steps
• Qualify prospects and complete enrollments in person
• Accurately collect and submit customer information using our CRM system
• Follow up when needed to finalize enrollments
• Provide a positive, professional customer experience in the field
• Attend team trainings and performance meetings
• Work toward daily and weekly enrollment goals

Qualifications

1. Educational Background: High school diploma/GED required; a degree in a related field is preferred.
2. Experience: Previous experience in enrollment, customer service, or a related field is beneficial.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with applicants and team members.
4. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
5. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure all enrollment processes are completed correctly.

Compensation

$60,000 - $120,000 (Annually)
