About The Position

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and forward-thinking Pediatrician to join a dynamic, physician-led healthcare organization that prioritizes quality, innovation, and work-life balance. In this role, you’ll collaborate with an experienced Pediatrician and a supportive care team to deliver exceptional, relationship-based care to children and families in a thriving, modern clinical environment.

This is a permanent, on-site position — not a travel or locum role. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Gillette, Wyoming .

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range : $200,000 – $265,000 annually (based on experience)

Sign-On Bonus : $30,000

Job Requirements

Qualifications

M.D. or D.O. degree with completion of a Pediatrics Residency .

Board Certified or Board Eligible through the American Board of Pediatrics.

Licensed or eligible for licensure in Wyoming .

2–3 years of clinical experience preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Strong commitment to patient-centered, collaborative care.
